Site Survey, Implementation & RMA Support
We provide comprehensive installation services, from small VSAT systems to complex, larger antenna systems with advanced tracking and redundancy capabilities. Our expertise includes large-scale network deployments and migrations, with experience installing thousands of sites and managing large-scale migration over a country or a continent.
We also specialize in teleport and hub installation and commissioning, as well as site preparation and civil work. With in-country resources such as skilled technicians, field engineers, and project managers, we ensure seamless implementation and ongoing support for your projects.

Managed services for Mobile Network Operators
In the last decade, MNOs have seen their internal VSAT resources and capabilities diminish and, in some cases, totally disappear. Asset Management
This service with a dedicated tool allows us to have full visibility on the assets deployed on the network. From brand name, model, serial, location, maintenance history, nearest spare location, performance reports, MTBF and a dozen other parameters.
Having this level of visibility helps to manage the network and keep efficiency at the highest level
Network Monitoring (Uplink, Downlink)
Our 24/7 NOC proactively monitors and supports customer networks, ensuring uninterrupted service. With multiple locations worldwide, we offer support in English, French, Arabic, Spanish, and Portuguese. Our in-house developed tools allow us to monitor, dispatch, and update customers efficiently, meeting and exceeding contractual Service Level Agreements (SLA).
Radio Access Network (RAN)
BCom’s RAN Unit was established to lead the integration of Radio Access Networks with satellite (VSAT) backhaul, addressing the unique challenges of hybrid terrestrial-satellite environments. We specialize in advanced RAN troubleshooting, optimization, and end-to-end integration of 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G technologies over satellite links. Our engineers work closely with operators to fine-tune RAN parameters, resolve interoperability issues, and enhance KPIs impacted by satellite latency and transport constraints. By combining deep RAN and VSAT expertise, we ensure robust, high-performance networks capable of delivering seamless connectivity in remote and mission-critical deployments.
In-Country Support
We have established a network of field services partners across the globe allowing fast intervention, cost optimization and most importantly tight Service Level Agreement (SLA).
The scope of this team ranges from supporting our customers with day-to-day operations, performing preventive/routine maintenances, and corrective interventions linked to a contractual Service Level Agreement (SLA).
To expand our local teams’ capabilities, experts, regionally based, provide additional support and intervene remotely when needed.
Engineering Services
We source and manage all VSAT components, including antennas, BUCs, LNBs, modems, and integration kits.
We collaborate with top manufacturers to provide high-quality equipment delivering optimal performance with the fastest lead times.
Our inventory strategy focuses on stocking high-demand items to prevent shortages, rapid replenishment to meet urgent requirements, and flexible supply options tailored to customer needs.
Procurement and Logistic
Whether shipping directly to end users or through our Geneva warehouse, we handle full freight solutions, complemented by comprehensive in-country logistics services, including customs clearance, Importer of Record (IoR) management for door-to-door support, and Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI).
Our team conducts a full compliance check and export control review before every shipment to ensure all regulations are met. This process helps mitigate risks and guarantees smooth deliveries.
Integration
To ensure seamless on-site installations, our team pre-integrates system components in our warehouse, reducing complexity and delays. We handle:
– Pre-terminating cables with the correct connectors and testing them for reliability.

Our expertise includes developing customized solutions like High Wind Satcom stations to support nationwide blackout requirements across over 2,200 sites or full Turnkey teleports.

RMA Support
The following service will cover VSAT equipment repair and return management, with diagnosis by Bcom team in Geneva based on Manufacturer recommendation to detect faulty items and avoid initiating an RMA with the Vendor when it is no need.
As a matter of fact, the statistics based on a customer network of 700 VSAT stations all over Africa show that 55% of the equipment sent for repair were not justified.
Bcom offers the following services:
- Coordination End to End with different suppliers for the Repair and Return of faulty modules along with the Customer/End Customer.
- Optimize repair cost; By testing, at our facility in Geneva, and repairing and/or configuring in-house, when this is possible, equipment that are Out of
- Warranty or without ESA (Equipment Support Agreement).
- Online access and tracking of all the steps described above will give full up to date visibility for Intelsat or End Customer on opened cases.
